I’m a 23-year-old entrepreneur based in Johannesburg and the co-founder and CEO of Live Cut Media (https://www.instagram.com/livecutmedia/?hl=en), a media agency specialising in real-time event content and social media marketing. My role combines the creative and business sides of the company, from working with clients and creating content to growing the brand.

I also run Navah’s Jewellery Boutique (https://www.tiktok.com/@navahsjewelleryboutique); (https://www.instagram.com/navahsjewelleryboutique/?hl=en) and am actively involved in my community, running youth events at The Base.

I believe what makes me a rising star is my drive to build, create and connect. I’m passionate about growing my businesses while using my skills and energy to make a positive impact on the people and community around me.

I believe I was nominated for my entrepreneurial drive, having built two businesses while staying actively involved in my community and using my creativity, passion and energy to make a positive impact.

My vision as a leader is to show young Jewish people that there isn’t only one path to success. I want to encourage them to take risks, explore different opportunities and have the confidence to create a life that feels true to them. My own journey has taken many different directions, and I hope to use those experiences to inspire others to pursue their ambitions while staying grounded in their values, connected to their community and growing in their love for Hashem. I believe we can build successful futures for ourselves while still giving back and contributing meaningfully to South Africa.

Over the last few years, I’ve taken opportunities that have pushed me outside my comfort zone. From spending a gap year in Israel and getting involved in community initiatives, to starting my own jewellery business and co-founding Live Cut Media (https://www.instagram.com/livecutmedia/?hl=en), I’ve learnt by doing. I hope my journey inspires others to take chances, follow unconventional paths and realise that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
