Eurogerm South Africa

I am deeply honored to have been nominated for the Jewish Achievers Award for Women in Leadership. This recognition holds particular significance for me due to the unique position I hold as one of the few Jewish women in South Africa’s baking sciences industry—an industry where both Jewish representation and female leadership are rare.

Eurogerm South Africa is specializes in the development, manufacturing and marketing of creative ingredients and solutions for the wheat flour, bread and patisserie sectors. We pride ourselves in expertise in crusty, soft, taste and texture and we share with our customers the same passion for bread, morning goods and patisserie.

Eurogerm prioritizes bakery and milling innovation, continuous improvement, responsible commitment, all of which inspire us on a daily basis to guarantee for our customers the highest level of products and service and customized support within a dynamic of shared success.

Vision: The potential for collaboration among mashgichim, food safety auditors, quality assurance practitioners, food scientists, and baking scientists is vast. By bridging these roles, we can enhance both food safety and innovation. My work is dedicated to creating opportunities for these intersections, making the field more accessible and welcoming to all—including those of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

This award would represent not only personal recognition but also a step forward in encouraging more Jewish women to enter and thrive in baking and food sciences. I am committed to mentoring and supporting others on this path, ensuring that they have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed.

Thank you for considering my nomination. It stands as a testament to the progress we are making and the future we are building together in the food sciences industry.
